Construction plans and building permits in Nicaragua
To build or expand in Nicaragua you need clear, complete drawings: the municipality (alcaldía) asks for them to issue the permit, banks ask for them to finance, and builders need them to give you an accurate quote.
We produce the full set of drawings for your project and handle the building permit process locally, which is especially useful if you are not in the country.

Frequently asked questions
What documents do I need to start?
Usually the deed or ownership document for the lot and, if available, an existing survey or drawings. In the consultation we tell you exactly what your case needs.
Can you draw plans for a building that already exists?
Yes. We survey existing buildings and produce their drawings, for example to legalize or expand them.
How much do plans and permits cost?
The final construction budget comes from the finished drawings. During the concept stage we give you an estimated budget to help you make a decision.
