We produce the drawings a builder needs to price and build the house without guesswork.

Permits and construction
We handle the building permit and visit the site during construction, sending you updates if you are abroad.
Frequently asked questions
Can I build in Nicaragua while living in the US?
Yes. We hold meetings by video call, share drawings online for your approval, handle the permit locally and visit the site during construction, so you don't need to be in Nicaragua for every step.
Do I need to own land before the first meeting?
No. If you are still choosing a lot, we can help you assess whether it suits the home you have in mind before you buy. Legal title checks are your lawyer's job; we can coordinate with them.
How much does it cost to design a house?
The final construction budget comes from the finished drawings. During the concept stage we give you an estimated budget to help you make a decision.
